Forono Beet are tender and extra juicy. The body is smooth and long, which makes it easier for slicing. The small, dark green tops are sweet and edible. Forono is tolerant of downy mildew and resists bolting. It holds its flavor even if you delay harvesting. It geminates in 10 days and is ready to harvest in 60 days. Approximately 400 seeds per packet.
