Ruby Queen Beet is ready to harvest in just 52-days much earlier than other varieties. It is round with a smooth skin and are exceptionally tender. Retains its color even after being cooked or pickled. Performs well in poor soils and is tender with small tap roots. Approximately 95 seeds per 15 ft. seed tape.
