The fruit is extremely high quality, always sweet and never bitter, with a very small seed cavity and a pleasing texture. They are best for pickling when they are about 3 in. L to 4 in. L. For slicing, a little longer is best. The plants are very vigorous and high yield, so you should have plenty of perfect pickles.
