Early White Vienna Kohlrabi is crisp with a mild flavor. Kohlrabi’s greens and bulb can be utilized in salads, soups and stir-fry. Cut the bulb into fresh sticks and add to your vegetable tray for snacking. Mix with apples to create a flavorful slaw. Harvest plant when bulb is 2 in. to 2.5 in. in diameter. Remove leaves at time of harvest. Bulbs will stay fresh for several weeks. Ready to harvest in 55 days. Approximately 230 seeds per 15 ft. of seed tape.
