Mira green Pea is the greenest shell pea you will ever grow. This is a very high-yield variety that produces loads of dark green 4 in. to 5 in. pods. Each pod contains 8 to 10 plump, sweet peas, plenty for canning or freezing or eating fresh. Mira green peas are heat tolerant, producing the same tender and delicious peas throughout the summer growing season. Expect a yield of about 20 lbs. per 100 ft. row.
