Gurney’s Sweet Corn Honey and Cream Hybrid (250 Seed Packet)

Honey and Cream Hybrid Corn is a bicolor variety that combines the creaminess of white corn and the sweet goodness of yellow corn with a firm, old-fashioned texture. It yields blunt-ended ears, ranging in size from 7-1/2 in. to 8 in. and filled with broad, deep kernels. Perfect for canning and freezing. Plant seeds at a depth of 1 in. to 2 in., with 10 in. to 12 in. between plants and 30 in. to 36 in. between rows. A packet of 250 seeds sows a 50 ft. row. Honey and Cream prefers deep, rich, well-drained loamy soil. For best germination, soil should be at least 60°F. Seeds germinate in 5 to 8 days, and plants mature 84 days later. Isolate from sh2 varieties (250 ft. to 300 ft. or by 3 plus weeks maturity time).
